Is the Earth Cooling, or is the Data Just Fooling Us?

We are entering the cool phase of the PDO, causing

a cooling cycle. The El Niño starting in July 2009 is erratic which is

apparently allowing alternating cool and warm months, which is unusual.

The extremely cold late December 2009 and January 2010 over the entire

Northern Hemisphere is extremely unusual given the El Niño should have

made it warmer than normal.
